Welcome to AP Art & Design.

I’m Alex! Graphic Designer, Artist, Storyteller, Creator. I have been an artist for as long as I can remember. Everything I see creates a new picture in my head. My art is that picture. I am a self-taught illustrator and entrepreneur with a wide range of design experience. My creative experience ranges from fine art, illustration, graphic design, and product design to storytelling, large scale stage design, and experiential design. My hope is that everything I create would inspire a deeper appreciation for life. To help others see the world, and all the people and things in it, with a little more life and vibrance. That my designs would encourage and inspire people to see through rose colored lenses and live with fearless optimism.

My designs are available as digital products, as well as on shippable products and gifts. I also enjoy custom work, so please reach out if you like my style and are looking for something specific.

First and Foremost, I am Mom. and Wife.

My hubby, Jason, and I are born and raised Southerners and reside right in the heart of Dixie. We love a warm cup of coffee, a long sit on the porch, traveling, Auburn Football, our neighbors, and a good hard laugh. We love people, even when it's hard. But most of all, we love our kids. All 4 of them. And all the fun and chaos they bring. They are the best pieces of art that I could ever have a hand in.

I love My Mac, iPad, Illustrator, ProCreate, and the empty canvas that every Artboard is. My studio is in the heart of my home, right in the middle of all the chaos. Being all self-taught, I am a professional at nothing, and definitely still a work in progress. I am totally bent on embracing grace and all the mess and stories that come along with it.
